One Operating Layer.
Different signals. One consistent facilities workflow.
Monaire brings HVAC/R, current data, water events, and lighting controls into the same portfolio context so teams do not have to manage another disconnected point solution.
Sense
Sensors, leak probes, and control devices capture field signals.
Connect
Wireless long range sensors connect seamlessly via cellular gateways
Understand
Review readings and events with the building and equipment context needed to investigate.
Act
Automated work orders get routed to the right teams, control and monitor via easy to use apps
Verify
Repairs and fixes are automatically reviewed.
Add coverage where blind spots remain.
Monaire gives multi-site facilities teams one practical operating layer across the systems they most need to see and act on.
1
Start with HVAC/R
Energy and maintenance savings usually create the strongest initial business case.
2
Reuse the operating layer
Extend the same portfolio visibility, connectivity, alerting, & work-order workflows.
3
Add other critical systems
Monitor electrical equipment, catch water leaks, control lighting and other switched circuits.

Extend Monaire beyond HVAC
Monitor critical electrical equipment, detect water leaks and manage compatible lighting circuitsโall from one building monitoring system.
REMOTE EQUIPMENT MONITORING
Electrical equipment monitoring
Sense current and monitor operating patterns for critical electrical. Catch issues before critical failure and give teams evidence for earlier investigation.

Built for the operators who manage many sites
Different industries have different loads and risk, but the portfolio problem is the same: too many assets, too little visibility, and too much reactive work.
More visibility without adding more disconnected tools
Extend monitoring and controls across distributed sites, with one place to review equipment and coordinate action.
What is a building monitoring system?
A building monitoring system gives facilities teams visibility into equipment operation and conditions that need attention. Monaire brings HVAC/R, lighting controls, electrical equipment monitoring and water leak detection into one platform for commercial portfolios.
Which critical building systems can Monaire support?
Monaire supports HVAC/R management, on/off control and scheduling for compatible lighting circuits, electrical equipment monitoring, and water detection at selected risk points. The hardware and functions available at each site depend on the equipment and deployment scope.
Can I manage critical systems across multiple locations?
Yes. Monaire organizes connected systems by building and equipment, so facilities teams can review multiple locations in one platform. Each site can have its own equipment, lighting schedules and monitoring configuration.
Do I need to replace my existing equipment?
Monaire adds controllers and sensors to compatible existing equipment and circuits. Monaire reviews electrical compatibility, installation requirements and connectivity before deployment to determine what each site needs.
Can I deploy lighting or leak detection without starting with HVAC?
Lighting controls, electrical monitoring and water leak sensing can be scoped as focused solutions. You can start with the systems and locations that address your most pressing operational needs, then expand coverage over time.
Does Monaire replace a building management system or building automation system?
Monaire can provide monitoring, lighting schedules and service workflows that overlap with some BMS or BAS functions. Whether it can extend or replace an existing system depends on the required controls, integrations and site requirements. A scope review establishes the right approach.
Can Monaire control every system it monitors?
Control depends on the solution. The lighting controller supports on/off switching and schedules for compatible circuits. Electrical current sensors provide measurements, and water sensors detect water at their probes. Monitoring a system does not automatically provide control over it.
What connectivity do the devices need?
Monaire devices connect to the platform through the Monaire AI Hub (cellular gateway). The hub sends data to the Monaire platform over its cellular connection. Monaire checks hub placement, cellular coverage and device connectivity during deployment.
How can these solutions help reduce operating costs?
Lighting schedules can reduce unnecessary operating hours, electrical readings can reveal unexpected equipment behavior, and water alerts can help teams investigate a leak sooner. Results depend on the site, baseline conditions and response. A deployment review identifies opportunities that can be measured.
How do I start a rollout across my portfolio?
Start with a list of locations, the systems you want to cover and the operational problems you want to address. Monaire can review hardware compatibility, connectivity and installation needs, then define an initial deployment and a plan for expanding to additional sites.
