Rahul Subramany brings extensive experience and innovation to our team. As former Senior Director of Product at SimpliSafe, Rahul led pivotal changes that made it the leading home security provider. A trained control systems engineer, Rahul's expertise spans sensors, wireless systems, apps, and impactful AI solutions, showcasing his global impact with over 10 patents and 200+ citations.

Kedar Kekan

VP of Engineering, CISO

Former Tech Leader with 17+ years experience

Kedar, a seasoned tech leader, brings over 17 years of expertise in team management, software design, and product development. He has published articles, holds a patent, and holds degrees from PICT Pune and BITS Pilani. He actively mentors at AIM NITI Aayog, BITSAA Alumni Mentorship Program, and MAARG Startup India. Kedar is also a fellow of the Startup Leadership Program.

Jonathan Zapp

Jonathan brings extensive experience building and leading high-performing sales teams across PropTech and facilities technology. Prior to Monaire, Jonathan spent nearly four years at ServiceChannel, serving as Vice President of Sales, where he led national teams and drove enterprise growth across the facilities management ecosystem. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Rent Ready.

Emily leads Customer Success at Monaire. With a decade of experience at high-growth tech companies like Lyft and Otter, she specializes in building support teams that scale efficiently while maintaining a human touch.
